This website is deliberately data-minimal. It sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content and uses no analytics or tracking services. The enquiry form on the homepage submits to our own server, which turns it into an email to us — no form service, no third party, no database.

Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses neither local storage nor session storage. No consent under § 165(3) TKG 2021 is therefore required, and no cookie banner is shown.
Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores data your browser transmits in server log files. Typically: the page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and IP address.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the technically sound and secure operation of the website. This data is not merged with other sources and is not analysed to identify individuals. It is deleted according to the hosting provider's retention periods.
Processor: hosting
The website is operated at a hosting provider with servers located in the European Union. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with that provider.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Enquiry form
When you submit the form on the homepage, the data you entered — name, company (optional), email address and your description of the outcome you want — is transmitted to an endpoint on this website (/enquiry.php) and turned immediately into an email to our mailbox. No external form or marketing service is involved; the data does not leave our hosting provider's infrastructure.
No database is used and no copy of your message is stored on the web server. The only lasting copy is the email in our mailbox, to which the preceding section on contact by email applies.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps taken at your request), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in answering business enquiries. Name, email address and your enquiry are required in order to answer you; the company field is optional. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.
To limit automated submissions the form contains a field that is invisible to you (a “honeypot”), and the server caps how many submissions one IP address may make. No cookie is set and no external service such as a captcha is embedded; the cap stores only a non-reversible hash of your IP address, temporarily, for at most one hour.
Fonts and scripts
All fonts and scripts are served from our own server. No connection is made to external services such as Google Fonts, CDNs or social media platforms. Visiting this website transfers none of your data to third parties beyond the hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please contact the address above to exercise them.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
